Important safety note: Please remember that tie-down straps have a limited service life. Regularly inspect them for cracks, significant signs of wear, or other damage. If noticeable defects or wear limits are found, the strap must be replaced immediately. Never use the ratchet mechanism for lifting heavy objects – this is prohibited.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
