1. Clean your face and let it air dry or gently pat with a soft towel, avoiding harsh rubbing. 2. Attach the elastic bands to the mask and connect it to the power control box. 3. Long press the power button for 3 seconds to start; colors change automatically with each short press. 4. Position the mask comfortably on your face and adjust the straps around your ears for a secure fit. 5. Use while resting for 15-30 minutes, avoiding reading or screen time. 6. After use, remove the mask, clean your face, and store the device properly. 7. For the best results, use with any skincare products or a disposable mask.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn, unwashed with the original labels attached. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors.
