The iron sand is evenly distributed throughout so you can safely use the kettlebell without a worry. Safe to Use - With comfortable grip handles and a sturdy rubber base, you don't need to worry about slipping or tipping while weightlifting. Our Soft Kettlebells come in varying weights from 4kg to 12kg so you can easily customize them at any stage of your training journey.
