The feet of the table and chairs are polished steel. The table top is tempered 5mm thick glass, making the table light, bright and easy to keep clean. The PE rattan is UV and weather resistant so shouldn't fade. This set includes a FREE water resistant cover but please note, this is not fully waterproof. PE resin rattan is a great material for outdoor furniture due to its durability and resistance to all types of weather. It requires minimal upkeep, needing just a wipe down with a soft cloth and warm soapy water every now and then to get rid of any dust and dirt that's built up. The rattan frame can be left outside all year round. The cushions must be stored somewhere dry during wet weather and should not be left outside during damp or wet weather. If your cushions do become soaked through from being left out in the rain then place them in direct sunlight or in front of the radiator to dry thoroughly before storing them.
