The GEFU Pasta Machine Perfetta combines timeless retro design with precise German engineering to deliver authentic homemade pasta with professional results. Crafted from durable metal with a sleek silver finish, this manual pasta machine allows you to effortlessly create three classic pasta varieties—tagliolini, tagliatelle, and lasagne—right in your own kitchen. The smooth swivel crank drive ensures consistent rolling, while the adjustable dough thickness settings from ultra-thin to robust sheets give you complete control over texture and structure. With a maximum dough width of 14.5 cm, the Perfetta is perfectly suited for preparing fresh pasta for everyday meals or special occasions, transforming simple ingredients into restaurant-quality pasta with ease and reliability.

Designed for stability and long-term performance, the GEFU Pasta Machine Perfetta features a fine anti-slip base and an extra-high screw clamp that securely attaches to worktops and tables for safe, wobble-free operation. The sturdy metal construction ensures durability, while the precise rollers allow dough thickness to be adjusted between approximately 0.2 mm and 3 mm for a wide range of pasta styles. Manual operation offers full control and consistency, making the pasta-making process both enjoyable and efficient. Cleaning is simple and best done by hand using a dry brush or cloth to remove flour and dough residue, as hand washing is recommended to preserve the mechanical precision and finish. With proper care, the Perfetta pasta machine remains a reliable kitchen companion for years of fresh pasta preparation.
