It measures temperatures from 0°C up to 200°C, with extended functionality supporting higher oven temperatures through its heat-resistant probe and cable. The thermometer features intuitive buttons for switching between Celsius and Fahrenheit and for activating the built-in timer, which can be set for up to 99 hours and 59 minutes and alerts you with an audible signal when the set temperature or time is reached.
