Made entirely from durable natural granite, the GEFU VESTO mortar is designed for long-lasting use without absorbing odors or flavors. The ergonomic shape ensures comfortable handling, while the heavy construction prevents slipping during grinding. This mortar is not dishwasher or microwave safe and should be cleaned by rinsing with warm water only, without detergent, to preserve the natural stone surface. After washing, it should be thoroughly dried and stored in a dry place. Occasional grinding of dry rice is recommended to refresh the interior surface and maintain optimal grinding performance.
