Goat The Head's 2023 set is a feral, riff-heavy blast of Norwegian death metal, full of jagged hooks, old-school weight and a raw local spirit that keeps the whole record moving. Et Lokalsamfunn I Sorg feels lean and mean rather than overworked, with standout cuts like Svart Sol Psykopomp, Sluk and Tornado Og Oljesol pushing the album's hardest turns.SIDE ONE:1.
