The Godox MF-R76S is a 76Ws TTL macro ring flash designed to be mounted to the front of your lens when doing close-up macro photography. mounting the ring flash to the front of your lens ensures that you get beautifully clean on-axis illumination, without having to worry about harsh shadows being cast onto your subject. It features a unique Dual flash tube design, enabling both halves of the ring flash to be controlled independently of one another, enabling you to add 3-Dimensionality to your subject and produce some interesting effects. Powered by a 2600mAh rechargeable Lithium battery, it can produce approximately 550 Full-Powered flashes per charge enabling it to be used for long periods of time without the need for recharging. The perfect flash for people who specialise in photographing small subjects and close-ups, such as jewellery, insects, flowers, etc. It is also great for people who work in the medical, dental, or forensic field. TTL auto exposure The MF-R76S features TTL auto-Exposure. This enables you to quickly get a quick and accurate exposure without having time around with flash power settings, speeding up your workflow. Manual exposure is still available if needed (TTL is currently available for Canon, Nikon, and Sony camera systems). Multiple sync modes The MF-R76S supports high-Speed sync, which enables you to shoot at shutter speeds higher than your sync speed to kill excess ambient light, whilst also enabling you to shoot at larger apertures. It also supports front and rear-curtain sync, which opens up a whole new world of creative possibilities. 2.4GHz wireless X-system The MF-R76S supports the GODOX 2.4GHz wireless X-System and feature a built-in TX transmitter mode allowing it to be used as a wireless master flash to control other flashes in the Godox X-Flash System. This allows you to integrate other flashes into your set-ups. It also features a built-in 2.4GHz receiver, enabling it to be used off-camera. On-axis shadowless lighting The GODOX MF-R76 TTL Series ring flash mounts directly to the front of your camera lens, which gives you on-axis lighting. This produces soft lighting with a near-shadowless effect. This makes it perfect for macro photography, as well as dental, medical, and forensic photography. It can also be used for portraiture. Dual flash tube design The Macro MF-R76 features two separate flash tubes, enabling the power of either half of the Ring Flash to be controlled independently of one another. This gives you the option of making one half of the Ring Flash darker than the other, which adds more 3-Dimensionality to your subject, or you can keep both halves at the same power for a more traditional ring flash look. Each half of the Ring flash can be controlled independently in 1/3-stop increments. Intuitive user interface The Macro MF-R76 features a large LCD display, which shows you the output settings of the flash, as well as the current mode and battery levels. The controller itself features a familiar button arrangement, making controlling the flash user-friendly and intuitive. Focus assist lamps The Macro MF-R76 Macro Photography Ring Flash features a couple of focus-assist lamps with 10 power levels. This makes focusing and composing your shot easier in low-light situations. High performance rechargeable battery The Macro MF-R76 Macro Photography Ring Flash comes with a rechargeable lithium battery, capable of producing approximately 660 full-powered flashes per charge. This ensures that you can shoot non-stop during longer shoots. For extra peace of mind, you can also purchase a spare battery that you swap out if needed.
