The PowerBoost function provides additional power, enhancing the heating process and significantly reducing the time required for heating. You can choose to boost heating power on up to all four zones simultaneously. ChildLock function is designed for families with small children. This option prevents accidental activation, making the kitchen safer when children are present. In advanced models this function can be activated in customer setting mode, which automatically locks the hob at every switch-off. Otherwise you can lock the hob by pressing the symbol. Residual heat indicators ensure greater safety by illuminating to reveal which zones are still radiating heat. As long as an indicator is lit, the respective heating zone should not be touched. However, you can still use it by defrosting or maintaining a dish warm.
