The vast majority of our Rawhide raw material comes from large cattle populations of South America. Unlike some animal feeds, the Chews are just a bye product of the leather industry. During the manufacturing processing of the hides, they are treated with veterinary approved processes to ensure that the hides are actually fit for animal consumption. They undergo a irradiation process that kills all unwanted bacteria that would otherwise accelerate the aging of the product or allow bacteria to grow. This process assures the safety of the product. Furthermore the Port Health officials have Veterinary Health qualifications and take samples of our products for testing before they are allowed entry to the UK.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
