HQC Anti Damp Paint is a high-performance solution developed to create a breathable, obliterating membrane that seals and permanently stops the reappearance of damp, water, and other household stains. This HQC product is designed to freshen up your walls and eliminate the condensation problem that leads to odour, and fungi; at the same time, this paint is breathable and prevents condensation. HQC Anti Damp paint’s technology provides amazing results in toughest of the places that prone to condensation problems and can be used on interior and exterior walls and ceilings.The strength of this paint makes it suitable for a good variety of places which include, hotels, gyms, apartments, spas, kitchen, restroom. The special feature of micro-porous formulation allows trapped moisture to evaporate to prevent paint flaking or wallpaper peelings. It is highly suitable for applying to both dry and damp walls and ceilings. HQC Anti Damp Paint can be applied as a basic waterproofing barrier on a newly build basement before the installation of a ground drain system. Sufficient coverage can be accomplished in just one coat, ensuring the surface is prepared for application.

This paint product provides coverage of approximately 12–16m² per litre for a single coat, or 6–8m² per litre for two coats, depending on surface porosity and colour. Suitable for use in residential and commercial settings—including spas, gyms, schools, universities, and hospitals—it is touch dry in 2 hours and re-coatable in 4 hours, though drying times may vary with climate conditions. For consistent colour, mix multiple containers in a single bucket before use. One or more coats may be needed based on the surface and colour; allow 4–6 hours between coats. The paint can be easily applied by brush, roller, or spray.
