Ensure the cover is properly secured when fitted to prevent damage from strong winds. Remove standing water, leaves, and debris regularly to avoid excessive strain on the cover. Clean the cover with mild soap and water when necessary. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
