The Messerschmitt Bf 109 is undoubtedly one of the most famous hunters of the Second World War and is considered a cult aircraft of the German Air Force. During the conflict, the engines and weapons have been regularly upgraded to stay in line with the upcoming modern enemy hunters. The Bf 109 K-4 "Kurfürst" introduced in late 1944 was the last version of this famous German fighter plane. It was equipped with a powerful 2000 HP Daimler-Benz DB 605 compressor motor and could drive over 720 km/h. Another remarkable feature was its impressive climbing ability, which even outperforms those of the Allied hunters. Armed with a powerful 30mm MK108 cannon installed in the propeller hub, and with two MG 131 13mm Machine guns on the bonnet, the Bf 109 K-4.
