There are eight Schmitt Brothers in all, and one of them is even a girl. The oldest, Anne (the girl), is a tomboy as a way to survive. Fritz and Zach are aspiring mad scientists who wile away their days building their inventions. Lester is their lab rat/test dummy. Roscoe, the family tough guy, plans to be a cop when he grows up. Stanley is a naturalborn comedian. Gus is a schemer, always thinking of a way to make a buck. Fuzz is the youngest. By the time he came along, mom was burned out, so he was essentially raised by his older brothers consequently, he has no concept of "normal" behavior. Dad encourages their creativity while mom struggles to cope. Together, they all live in the Brick Schmitt house, and every day is filled with mischief, mayhem, and magnificent adventure.
