Protect your shrubs and plants through the winter with this 0.8 x 1m winter fleece plant jacket, a 60gsm garden shrub frost cover. The fleece allows air, moisture and water to reach the plant, helping keep it healthy while covered. It has a durable drawstring that lets you tighten the jacket around the base of the plant for a secure fit. It is fully reusable and machine washable, so it can be used season after season. It is made from PP non-woven fabric in beige, which blends in with the garden, measures 0.8 x 1m and weighs 126g. It is suitable for covering shrubs, bushes, young trees, potted plants, tender perennials, citrus trees, olive trees, palms and vegetable crops. To use, place the jacket over the plant before frost is forecast, draw the drawstring gently around the base and secure it, making sure it does not crush or damage the stems. Remove or open the cover on warmer, sunny days to allow ventilation and prevent overheating and condensation. Check plants regularly for pests and damp. On very cold nights, add an extra layer for tender plants. Please note fleece reduces frost damage but cannot guarantee protection in severe weather. Store the jacket clean and dry when not in use. Keep the drawstring away from young children. Keep away from barbecues and open flames. The heavier 60gsm fleece gives extra warmth for tender plants. It is supplied in a PC bag.
