Made from neoprene and breathable elastic mesh fabric, this brace is durable and comfortable to wear. It gently draws the shoulders back and gives support across the upper and lower back, acting as a reminder to sit and stand up straight while you work, study, drive or relax. Two adjustable straps make it easy to fit, and within the neoprene back panel there are 2 plastic stays for extra support. Size M has a shoulder strap length of 96cm and fits a waist of 80-95cm. The range is available in sizes S to XXXL; please measure your waist and check the size guide before ordering. The listing recommends wearing it for 2-3 hours, then taking it off for 2-3 hours before putting it on again.
