Our Tea Masters carefully balance the apples to complement the earthy notes of the rooibos, creating a deliciously clean yet comforting cup with warming aromas. Rooibos tea is known for its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and muscle relaxant properties, essential for maintaining a healthy body. USE: 2-3 grams per 200 ml at 95ºC, steep for 4-5 minutes.
