KIKI Health PMS Support is a vegan formula designed to help women maintain balance across the menstrual cycle. Each vegicap combines key nutrients—magnesium (from Aquamin Mg) to help reduce tiredness and fatigue, vitamin B6 to contribute to the regulation of hormonal activity and support normal psychological function, pantothenic acid (B5) for energy-yielding metabolism and mental performance, and zinc to support fertility, reproduction and cognitive health—with botanicals including broccoli sprouts, asparagus root, dong quai, saffron and ashwagandha. Capsules are made with hypromellose and contain plant-derived NakoMIN extracts. Naturally free from gluten, wheat, fillers, artificial colours, preservatives and sweeteners. Suitable for vegans.
