Forget hand-rolled sushi (save that for the pro chefs). Scrap those fiddly rolling mats too. This sushi mould uses an ingenious ‘press-and-cut’ method that simplifies sushi into a stress-free, easy-to-make meal that’s simple enough to serve as a quick family treat. This simple set consists of a moulding tray and a push bar. The tray's for lining with nori (seaweed paper), and packing with rice, veg and, most importantly, fresh fish. The push bar simply allows you to compact it all really tightly before setting in the fridge. When it has set, you can present your sushi like a pro. This sushi making set features cutting notches, which make it easy to cut your sushi into evenly-sized rolls for serving. Yum!
