It is suitable for all hobs (including induction) and also for oven cooking (up to 240°C).

Suitable for use on all types of hob (including induction) and oven safe to 240°C. Try to match the diameter of the item to the ring on your hob. Always heat your pan/pot gradually - don’t immediately place it on a high heat. Never heat an empty pan/pot. Handles are designed to stay cool on the hob but make sure gas flames are not licking up the side. Use protective gloves when removing from the oven. Use silicone or wooden utensils. Do not use sharp implements such as knives or electric blenders in the pan/pot. Although dishwasher safe, we recommend washing by hand with hot, soapy water. Stubborn, burnt on stains might need soaking first. Use a nylon brush or scourer for gentle cleaning. Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or metal scourers. Misuse invalidates the Kuhn Rikon guarantee. Overheating or burnt in residues are not covered.
