Designed for real life, our soft pile rug collection is made from cotton and ultra-soft chenille, combining comfort with practicality. Available in a range of sizes from a small bedside rug through to extra-large area rugs along with hallway runners.

machine wash it on a cool, gentle cycle (30°C) using only mild detergent; avoid hot water, bleach, and fabric softeners, as these can shrink the cotton or dull the fibers. To prevent creasing or curling, remove the rug from the machine as soon as the cycle finishes, shake it out to reshape the edges, and hang it to air dry in a well-ventilated area. Always ensure the rug dries naturally and avoid direct high heat from radiators or dryers, which can stress the chenille yarns and damage the rug’s structure.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
