Landlord’s Anti-Condensation Paint is the ideal paint for ceilings and walls in areas prone to dampness and mould. It is an ideal paint for ceilings and walls that require long lasting protection from continuous and severe condensation. Before applying with spray gun you need to nozzle filters size from 0.019X to 0.026X.

This paint product provides coverage of approximately 12–16m² per litre for a single coat, or 6–8m² per litre for two coats, depending on surface porosity and colour. Suitable for use in residential and commercial settings—including spas, gyms, schools, universities, and hospitals—it is touch dry in 2 hours and re-coatable in 4 hours, though drying times may vary with climate conditions. For consistent colour, mix multiple containers in a single bucket before use. One or more coats may be needed based on the surface and colour; allow 4–6 hours between coats. The paint can be easily applied by brush, roller, or spray.
