Landlord’s Eggshell paint is a hard-wearing, water-based coating that's used in high traffic areas. This paint product provides coverage of approximately 12–16m² per litre for a single coat, or 6–8m² per litre for two coats, depending on surface porosity and colour. Suitable for use in residential and commercial settings—including spas, gyms, schools, universities, and hospitals—it is touch dry in 2 hours and re-coatable in 4 hours, though drying times may vary with climate conditions. For consistent colour, mix multiple containers in a single bucket before use. One or more coats may be needed based on the surface and colour; allow 4–6 hours between coats. The paint can be easily applied by brush, roller, or spray.
