
The Link2Home Smart Kettle has four pre-programmed temperature buttons (70, 80, 90 and 100 degrees). These pre-set temperature modes allow you to boil your kettle to the right temperature depending upon the beverage you are making: Black Tea (95-98 degrees), Green Tea (80-85 degrees), Hibiscus (70-75 degrees), Oolong (80-95 degrees), Coffee (95-98 degrees). Once heated to the selected temperature, it turns itself off and, if selected, will even keep warm for 2 hours after heating. Its 1.7 litre jug features a push button, soft opening lid to prevent hot water splatter, concealed STRIX element, and a removable and washable scale filter. Use the app to turn your Smart Kettle on remotely, set timers and use the keep-warm function. Get alerts when your kettle starts to boil and reaches its desired temperature. The boil dry function will protect your kettle if you try to boil an empty kettle. It also features a baby bottle formula function, which boils the water to 100 degrees to kill any bacteria and then allows it to cool down to between 70-90 degrees (70 degrees is the guidance set by the NHS for mixing baby powder formula to ensure all bacteria is killed).
