A driver converts mains voltage (240V AC) to 12V DC. Our range of efficient kitchen lights run on a low voltage, this conserves energy without compromising on luminosity. Every light that we sell has a Colour Wattage rating. For example, if you have a light rated at 2.6W and you have 3 of them, your total Colour Wattage consumption would be 7.8W. To put this simply, your driverâ dia ‚¬ dia „¢s Colour Wattage rating must be equal to or greater than 7.8W in order for this to work (pulling through more watts than a driver is rated to will cause the driver to blow). We know that this can sound a little tricky so in order to save you the hassle of working this out, all our light kits include a driver that is specifically designed to work safely and efficiently with your chosen lights. How to Install? These lights are designed to be mounted on top of a kitchen/bathroom, cupboard or unit. However, they also look great above a mirror, bathroom vanity cabinet, wardrobes or even above bedroom headboards as reading lamps ETC. Each light is supplied with 2x fixing screws and nothing else is required to secure this in place.Connecting to the mains is easy, each light has a 1.5m cable that ends in our driver connector. The supplied driver lets you connect multiple lights to a single power source allowing you to control all lights from 1 switch. Alternatively, you still have the option to wire some of them to separate switches (with multiple drivers) or all of them if you wish, this unit is versatile allowing complete control of how it is installed. Overview: This range of LED lighting is ideal to modernise any room in an affordable way. Our lights pack the punch of a halogen bulb with the life and energy efficiency of an LED. Each light emits a cool white lighting beam.
