The Apex Summerhouse is made up of 12mm pressure-treated Tongue & Groove cladding on the walls, roof and floor, which is reinforced with super strength 38mm x 63mm framing. The building also includes a 2ft Verandah with a 10” Overhang. The Summerhouse consists of a premium pressure treated Double Door with a Euro lock and key, in addition to the roof being protected with a premium mineral roofing felt. Made of top-grade timber, the structure is supported with high-quality floor joists to give it a sturdy feel when you are inside. Infused into the wood is a chemical preservative that penetrates the deep fibres of the wood, protecting it against rot, natural decay and pest damage, and only requires an annual topcoat, leaving you to enjoy your garden summerhouse for many prosperous years. A full fixing kit and installation instructions manual is included, allowing you to easily install this dream summerhouse in your garden.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
