This MasterClass bundle has everything you need to bake beautifully decorated cakes. Included are two loose based sandwich tins, one 20cm (diameter) round tin and one 20cm (width) tin. Both tins are 3.5cm deep, ideal for baking sandwich sponges, or tarts and quiches. Alongside the loose base, the pans are made from commercial steel combined with a two-layer Quantum II coating, meaning your bakes will be released from the tin smoothly and in perfect shape: consistent results, every time. Give your bakes the wow factor with the MasterClass biscuit and icing set. The 23cm icing gun comes complete with thirteen cutters for perfectly formed biscuits, and eight nozzles to choose from for effortless icing. The icing gun has an adjustable trigger action nozzle, giving you complete control. No more struggling with messy icing bags! The biscuit/icing set comes in a presentation box to keep your kit together and tidy, no more scrambling in kitchen drawers to find a nozzle.
