Cook crunchy vegetable stir-fries, lusciously long egg noodles or spicy pad thai, all with an authentic, smoky finish, using this revolutionary non-stick wok, make flavour-packed meals in minutes with this fast-heating, family-sized frying pan and perfect pancakes with this crepe pan. Designed by the culinary experts at MasterClass, this set is designed to mimic the robust, high-temperature cooking of professional cast iron varieties, but with several improvements to make it perfectly suited to the modern home kitchen. The secret ingredient is cast aluminium. This strong, lightweight material has excellent heat transferring properties; food gets sizzlingly hot, and you have total control over cooking temperature- locking in as much flavour as possible, using as little energy as possible. The double non-stick coating lets you cook with less oil, so it’s a boon for dieters and means fewer trips to the shops to top up on unhealthy cooking fats. The tough, durable coating allows food to release from the pan with ease, too, and makes it simple to clean, come washing up time. The stainless steel base means you can use them with all hobs, including induction.
