Both tins are made from carbon steel to make them durable and resistant to warping and corrosion. Combined with the two-layer Quantum II coating, your bakes will be released from the tins smoothly and in perfect shape: consistent results, every time. Two sizes are included in the set; a 1lb/450g tin measuring 18x9x5.5cm and a 2lb/900g tin measuring 23cmx13x7cm. The pans are also fridge and freezer safe, ideal for meat loaves and pates too.
