Rotate 180 degrees every 2–3 months to prevent body impressions. Use a Mattress Protector: A high-quality, washable, breathable protector is essential to prevent sweat, allergens, and spills from damaging the mattress core. Use a vacuum with an upholstery attachment to remove dust and allergens every 6 months. Remove bedding to allow the mattress to breathe for a few hours monthly to prevent moisture build up. Spot Cleaning: Use a mild, soapy, lukewarm water solution or a paste of baking soda and water for stains. Avoid saturating the foam.
