Remove excess materials such as mud and debris with a cloth or soft brush. Clean boots with tepid water and a cloth. Let boots dry naturally at room temperature. Nourish boots to help keep them supple, with rubber boot care products. Avoid storing your boots in direct sunlight, near to any artificial heat or in sub-zero temperatures, as this can cause the rubber to become brittle, deteriorate and crack. For leather uppers use a suitable leather care product. Once dry, any woven/fabric upper panels can be gently brushed with a soft brush to remove any remaining mud.

Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
