Simply place one of the mesh screens over your plate or bowl and it will catch the splatters, saving you the drudge of rubbing and scraping away at stray food particles. Sold as a set of 3, these reusable food covers are made of a fine mesh washable material to prevent splashes and splatters from hot food leaving a mess inside your microwave oven. Weighted to stay in place on your worktop or in the microwave. We don't recommend them for outdoor use because they're not wind resistant, but these covers are also useful to protect cooling food from flies, wasps and other pests when used to cover food bowls in your kitchen or dining room.
