Make sure all of your food is cooked to perfection with the digital thermometer, using a meat thermometer is the only way to accurately tell if your food is cooked, it also helps to prevent over cooking. To be safe foods such as meat and poultry must be cooked to a safe minimum internal temperature to destroy any harmful organisms that may be in the food.
