Narwal Freo S is a robot vacuum and mop designed for regular maintenance cleaning on hard floors and carpets. It combines vacuuming and mopping in one device and supports automatic operation with minimal user involvement. The vacuum provides up to 8,000 Pa suction, suitable for removing dust, pet hair, and everyday debris from different floor types. A self-emptying base with a 3.5 L dust bag allows collected debris to be stored for up to 180 days, reducing the need for frequent manual emptying. Navigation is handled by LDS laser scanning, which creates accurate room maps and plans efficient cleaning paths. The robot supports multi-floor mapping and uses multiple sensors to detect furniture and low obstacles. It can cross thresholds and rugs up to 20 mm high. For wet cleaning, Freo S applies up to 8 N of downward pressure to the mop to help remove dried stains. Water flow can be adjusted, and the detachable 300 ml water tank supports different cleaning needs. The composite dual-layer mop is suitable for general stains and grease on hard surfaces. Control is available through a mobile app, allowing scheduling, zone control, suction and water level adjustment, and cleaning history tracking. Voice control is supported via compatible smart home platforms. The robot uses a lithium-ion battery and operates on 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi only.
