The FK Sports Adjustable Weight Vest is a weighted exercise vest for cross-training, strength training, and endurance workouts. Wearing the vest increases resistance to build additional core strength, speed and endurance while doing push-ups, sit-ups, dead lifts, burpees, or sprints. The vest is adjustable. The vest features a fully-adjustable waist closure for a secure fit and maximum mobility, while an extra-wide neoprene belt offers full-spectrum tension. Cushions at the shoulder and chest provide maximum comfort, and a durable abrasion-resistant outer shell resists pulling and tears. The FK Sports Weight Vest is ideal for weight training, WOD, and other strength-building exercises. One size fits most. Machine washable (without weights), air dry.
