The KCT Classic Barrel BBQ has a unique smoking cylinder located below the main BBQ barrel; simply throw in some wood chips, or any other smoking fuel, and enjoy a smoked meal. Thanks to the sliding catch, the smoking cylinder can also be used as a removable ash collector for the main BBQ barrel. There is also a thermometer located on the lid of the BBQ so that the temperature within can be monitored. When you are done using the BBQ, you can easily store it away using the carry handle and wheels located at the base of the unit, whilst using the lower shelf to store away your coal and utensils.
