It adopts a rechargeable design, no cable, no need for frequent battery replacement. Just charge it and you can use it anytime and anywhere. It measures 24cm*12cm and is suitable for all parts of the body. It is easy to store and carry. It can help improve blood circulation, relax muscles, relieve tension and reduce discomfort. It has three power levels. During use, each time you press the "+" button, the intensity increases by one level, and each time you press the "-" button, the intensity decreases by one level. 1. Fully charge the device before use; 2. Select the area you wish to massage (abdomen, arms, legs, etc.); 3. Turn on the massager and it will gently massage the targeted area using circular motions; 4. Use for 10-15 minutes each time, 2-3 times daily for best results.
