Product Description This non stick cast iron reversible griddle pan is perfect for outside use on your BBQ or even indoor over two rings on your hob! The cast iron plate ensures foods such as meat and fish are cooked thoroughly whilst ensuring the food keeps it's natural flavour and moisture. The griddle pan is reversible and has one side which is smooth and one side that is a ridged. The ridged side is perfect for cooking all meats and fish and will result in a stripy seared cook. The flat side is a hotplate and is ideal for cooking foods such as fried eggs, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes and pancakes etc. The griddle is made from cast iron which means it is very economical as it retains the heat for longer and reaches high temperatures. The non-stick coating ensures it is easy to clean after use.
