Incorrect Delivery Details If you provided wrong delivery details, let us know within 2 hours to update the address. Otherwise, we will ship to the address provided. Multiple Shipments Items with multiple boxes may be delivered separately. Delivery Times and Management Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 6 PM. You can track and manage your delivery using all the tracking numbers provided. Ground Floor and Doorstep Delivery We only deliver to the ground floor. This is a doorstep delivery service, so couriers will leave items at your front door. Missed Deliveries If you're not available for two delivery attempts, a £25 fee per item will be charged before resending. The same fee will be deducted from refunds for returned items.

Please note, we cannot offer refunds on fashion face masks, cosmetics, pierced jewellery, adult toys, and swimwear or lingerie if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
