Each tile measures 50 x 50cm and features a wear-resistant composite top layer bonded to a dense rubber base. The 20mm build absorbs everyday workout impact, reduces training noise and protects hard floors from treadmills, exercise bikes, benches and gym equipment. The anti-slip surface provides confident footing during workouts, while the smoother wood-effect surface is easier to clean than open crumb rubber flooring. Included connector clips keep the tiles aligned and reduce movement, creating a stable, secure layout. Trim tiles with a sharp utility knife or fine-tooth saw to fit corners, walls and equipment zones. Sweep or vacuum regularly to remove dust and debris. Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent if needed. Avoid harsh solvents, bleach and abrasive cleaners. Allow surface to dry fully before resuming use.
