Featuring three heat panels, one behind the large pocket to keep your hands and core warm, one on the lower back, and another across the shoulders to help keep your neck warm. The triple heat setting is controlled with a button for low, medium, and high heat. Just plug in a USB battery pack and hold button to turn on to get additional warmth for outdoors and indoors. Please note: the battery is not included
