Canvas - Do not machine wash, hand wash, bleach, or dry clean this product, as doing so may damage the fabric or affect its water-resistant properties. Simply wipe the surface with a damp cloth if necessary to remove any dirt or stains. Do not iron this material. When not in use, store the product either flat or stuffed out to help retain its shape. Ensure the handles are laid flat to avoid creasing or damaging them. If the product becomes wet, allow it to dry naturally at room temperature. Avoid using heat sources such as radiators, tumble dryers, or direct sunlight.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
