Keep pearls and stones away from perfumes, lotions, and hairspray, as natural materials are sensitive to chemicals. Avoid wearing during exercise, swimming, or showering to protect the elastic strand and maintain pearl lustre. Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth after wearing to remove oils and maintain shine. Do not use ultrasonic cleaners or harsh jewellery solutions—pearls can be damaged by strong cleaning agents. Store flat or in the provided jewellery bag to prevent stretching and protect the pearls from scratching. Avoid exposing the necklace to prolonged direct sunlight or extreme heat, which may weaken the elastic.
