One side = front only; two sides = front and back; three sides = all except the back; four sides = full bar engraving. Up to 10 characters per side. Engraving requires correct selection and payment. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
