From Outsunny, this four-part piece is ideal for keeping your parasol weighted and in place all day long. Using thick and rigid plastic, the shell is weather-resistant for long-term use, with filling caps locating on the side of each piece to fill with water or sand – meaning you can fill them up when and where needed. Please note, cross base is NOT included.
