Combining natural grasses with colourful cotton textiles, each piece is individually handwoven by skilled artisans. Supported by two stakes at the base, this decorative bird nester can be placed anywhere in the garden, allotment or even in a pot on a balcony to add height and interest to your display. The vibrant cotton detailing ensures every piece has its own unique mix of colours and patterns. Made from reclaimed metal, cotton and munja grass, the bird-shaped finial provides a distinctive finishing touch. Designed with convenience in mind, the birdhouse can be separated into three pieces: the birdhouse topper and two screw-together stake sections. This practical design makes it easy to assemble, position, clean and store when not in use. Munja is a tough grass (saccharum munja) with great natural water-repellent abilities, and is abundant across India. This stunning birdhouse features a 5cm entrance, which is ideal for bigger birds such as Starlings and Green Woodpeckers.
