We accept all major debit and credit cards. Payment can be made via PayPal, Bank transfer, Cash when collecting All Payments will need to clear before products are shipped. iGear is here to provide a fast shipping service, purchases are dispatched the same day if bought before 2pm. We will endeavour to send all items even after this cut off time. Products are sent via Royal Mail or myHermes, as we sell various types of goods, their delivery costs and shipping time vary too, all of this information can be found on its eBay advertisement page. Purchases are packed securely and safely to avoid damage to the product whilst in transit, however there are times where products can get lost and damaged. Our customers do not have to worry about this at all, as we will cover all costs to return the product and also replace the item right away.

We ask that you report it to us within 7 working days, If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the courier's delivery note accordingly if applicable. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return delivery costs. We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from iGear, however, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us. If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 10 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense

Please note, we cannot offer refunds on fashion face masks, cosmetics, pierced jewellery, adult toys, and swimwear or lingerie if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
