Reminders and Warnings - Before the first use, soak the filter in clean water for 5 minutes. It's normal to see yellow water at first; pour it out and keep it away from your pets! Regularly replace filters every two weeks for continuous filtration effectiveness.If it won't pump water, take the pump apart for cleaning and reassemble it, and it will continue to work! Change the water in the tank every 1-3 days, ensuring every drop is fit for healthy consumption with our Cat Fountain.

Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses, and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
