How to personalise the product - Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email containing a link to personalise your item. Follow the link to submit the personalised details that you require. - If we don't receive your personalisation within 24 hours the order will be cancelled. Please check your junk folder for the email. - Once personalisation has been submitted the order cannot be cancelled or amended as it will automatically be sent into production and will be despatched within 3 working days. Personalise this Dove Memorial Vase with 1 line up to 25 characters, a name or role up to 12 characters, and a further 3 lines of up to 20 characters for a message and a date. Line 2 will appear in larger and bold font. PLEASE NOTE Due to the natural materials used (Resin) there may be some natural imperfections in the product, this may result in blemishes appearing on the area of personalisation. NOTE: Due to the font type used please refrain from using all capitals in your personalised message. If the message is all in capitals you will find the personalisation extremely difficult to understand and may even result in personalisation being missed off the product.
